    The staff provided excellent support and quickly addressed issues when I reported them. They were polite, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience.

    The pool and hot tub were a blast after a long day of exploring. The room was cozy, and breakfast was a nice bonus. Just keep in mind the hotel is a bit dated, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a fun getaway.

    One downside was that the cleanliness in the bathroom wasn't up to par. There were strange stains on the ceiling that caught our attention.

    The hotel was clean and our room was brand-new and nicely furnished. Really enjoyed our rooms with a clean shower. All the personnel was very very helpful and extraordinarily friendly. The location was convenient and perfect - next to Raton, NM and eating places and freeway. The restaurant was not too far away from the venue.
